Miami–Dade homeless count
Every 6 months, volunteers head to the streets to do a count. Fluctuations in the historical homeless count can be due to a variety of circumstances such as weather, time of year, and methodology used throughout the years. However, this is the best available historical trend in the number of people who face homelessness in our county.
This chart includes people who are on the street as well as those who were in emergency shelters and transitional housing units.
