Housing Assistance Council is a national nonprofit corporation created to increase the availability of decent and affordable housing for low-income people in rural areas throughout the United States. Housing Research Foundation is a private, nonprofit that works to enhance the ability of public housing agencies to deliver decent housing and suitable living conditions to low-income families.
