Track 2: Program Services

All non-food service volunteer opportunities are part of Track 2. This track is ideal if you want to be more involved with Camillus House and can make a longer term commitment. We are as flexible as we can be in trying to create programs and opportunities that are both rewarding and beneficial.

Track 2 is a great option for individual volunteers who want:

A longer term volunteer opportunity
Develop personal or professional skills
A broader understanding of homelessness and the issues faced by our clients

If you require documentation of your volunteer hours you must complete this section completely. Please download our Tracking Sheet (Acrobat document) and make sure a staff person initials it every time you come to volunteer. When you need confirmation of your hours, please hand in the signed Tracking Sheet to the Volunteer Coordinator.

I understand and fully acknowledge that, in volunteering for Camillus House, I am entering an AT WILL relationship and that this relationship can be terminated at any time by me or Camillus House for good cause, bad cause, or no cause at all. It is my understanding that all information I have provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that giving false information can be ground for immediate dismissal. I also understand that Camillus House does not cover volunteers with Worker's Compensation benefits. By agreeing with this form (type AGREE in the box below), I realize that compensation for wages lost from your regular employment, WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, if I sustain an injury while performing volunteer services at Camillus House. I understand that I may come in contact with sensitive client information and that this information is confidential and protected by federal laws (42 CFR & The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and is not to be repeated.
